What are your top two priorities for internal communications?

The work life of an internal communications professional is always busy and sometimes overwhelming. Our scope of work can be large and the demands on our time are many.

When you can step back today, if only for a moment, I encourage you to consider a question that I was recently asked.

“What are your top two priorities for internal communications?”

Smarp.com, an International employee engagement platform, recently contacted me with this very question. With 13 fellow communicators, each with powerful insight, I shared my answer.

Our work is hard, but so important to the organizations we serve. Prioritization and focus are critical.
